Delete Account & Data Deletion

Permanent & Irreversible Action: Deleting your RizqGuard account permanently purges your account authentication profile, multi-device synchronization tokens, and all encrypted cloud backup files from our servers. Once completed, your records cannot be recovered.

Overview & Your Rights

At RizqGuard, we believe you have total sovereignty over your financial life and your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Store Data Safety policies and international privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the absolute right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal or cloud-stored records.

Because RizqGuard uses Zero-Knowledge Client-Side Encryption (AES-256), our team and servers have never had access to your plaintext transactions, balances, or gold holdings. When an account is deleted, your remote encrypted ciphertext envelopes and OAuth authentication mappings are permanently destroyed.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and associated data through either of the following two options:

Method 1: In-App Self-Service Deletion

If you still have the RizqGuard application installed on your device, this is the quickest method:

    Open the RizqGuard app on your mobile device.

    Go to Settings (gear icon in the navigation bar).

    Tap on Account & Security and scroll down to the Danger Zone.
  4. 4
    Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm your request.
Instantly scrubs your local SQLite database and deletes cloud backups immediately.

If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your device, or prefer manual processing by our team, you can submit a deletion request directly by email:

Processing Time & Verification

  • In-App Deletion: Occurs in real-time. All local data is destroyed instantly, and cloud deletion calls execute immediately.
  • Email Requests: For your security and to prevent unauthorized malicious deletion, requests submitted via email are verified against the registered account email and processed within 7 business days.
  • Confirmation: Once your records have been permanently expunged from all active cloud storage systems, a confirmation email will be delivered to your address.
